Studio Policies PLEASE READ

We allow a 5 minute grace period for you to be late to your appointment. On quiet days we may still be able to accommodate you but it’s likely you will be turned away if you’re more than 5 minutes late. Your deposit will be forfeit and you will be required to make a new booking with a new deposit for a different day. 

If you can no longer attend your appointment and wish to reschedule you can do so via our website, following the link from your confirmation email. You can do this up to the day before your appointment and your deposit will be moved to the new appointment time. When rescheduling on the day of your appointment, a new deposit will be required for the new appointment. Rescheduling just before your appointment to try to avoid the new deposit being due will count as a No Show, please contact us if you need to reschedule the day of your appointment.

We class a No Show as you having an appointment and not turning up without letting us know first. You get 3 strikes then you are no longer a client of the studio and will not be permitted to make any further appointments with us or receive any further assistance. Please value our time. 

If you would like us to order something specific from our range of jewellery suppliers, we require a 50% deposit upon ordering and the remainder to be paid within 3 months of the order arriving in the studio. The same applies to jewellery put aside from our cabinet. If you do not pay the balance you will lose your deposit.

We are a chill, welcoming, friendly studio with a huge, wonderful client base. If you are rude or aggressive to any member of staff for any reason you will be barred and asked not to return. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

If you book and pay a deposit for a piercing and on the day we can’t go ahead with it due to the anatomy not being suitable we will first try to offer an alternative piercing, if there is nothing else you would like we will issue a gift voucher for the deposit amount to be used in the future. If you want to be certain about whether you have the correct anatomy for a specific piercing, please book a free consultation where we can check anatomy and book you in for a later date.
